For a more active holiday, this luxury self-catering accommodation is located close to some of the best mountain biking trails in the UK, excellent for golfing holidays, walking, cycling, fishing and horse riding. Situated on the north side of the village, the beach is literally a stone’s throw away, so the house enjoys panoramic views across Luce Bay to the Mull of Galloway.

Kitchen / Family Room
The open plan kitchen/ family room is beautifully finished with oak and is fitted with a Rangemaster cooker and all the appliances you might require and has a breakfast bar which comfortably seats eight people. With patio doors leading to the front garden the family room offers fantastic views with space for relaxing with comfortable seating and a 32” flat screen TV with Freeview
Utility Room and Downstairs Toilet
As you enter the house from the rear garden there is a downstairs toilet and a utility room which is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink and is an ideal area to leave dirty boots after a day out.
Dining Room
Adjacent to the kitchen through double doors is a separate elegant dining area with a table that seats eight people and a floor to ceiling window to enjoy the view.
Lounge
The lounge is a large relaxing room with plenty of comfortable seating, patio doors to the rear garden and a gas coal effect fire. There is a 42” flat screen TV with Sky, DVD player and music system with IPod connection. There are also plenty of books, CDs, DVDs and family games available and wi-fi connection.
The Sleeping Accommodation
The beautifully decorated master bedroom has a king size bed, an en suite shower room, a 32” flat screen TV with Freeview and a balcony from which to enjoy the fantastic views to the Mull of Galloway. There is an additional bedroom off this room with bunk beds suitable for children, making this an ideal choice for large families.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed, 32” flat screen TV with Freeview and an en suite shower room and there are two twin bedded rooms, all decorated to the highest standard.
A good nights sleep is assured with luxury mattresses, fine cotton bedding and for those with allergies synthetic pillows and duvets are available on request.
The main bathroom is spacious with a large bath and finished to a high standard.
There is a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining.
The rear garden is secure giving you peace of mind and allowing the children the opportunity to play safely.
A highchair and cot are available free on request.
