An Sabhal Self Catering Islay

An Sabhal Self Catering Islay were originally the ‘minister’s steadings’, with stables, threshing barn. The cottages have every modern comfort in South West Islay. The self catering cottages are midway between Portnahaven and Port Wemyss.

There are two cottages for let, one on the Portnahaven side, the west cottage, and one on the east side. The cottages are both identical.

Excellent views from the upstairs lounges to farmland to the rear and exceptional views across to the Rhinns lighthouse and the Donegal coast in Ireland from the front.

Portnahaven has a small beach at the end of the harbour for children to play, alongside basking seals. There is also a Post Office, pub and convenience store.

Live the outdoor life with many excellent walks to take in the wildlife and diversity of birdlife, including such rarities as the Chough.

An Sabhal Cottages two identical holiday lets

The cottages each have three bedrooms, sleeping up to six persons, on the ground floor, while there is a large lounge on the upper floor.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with beautiful views, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), are to the rear of the building.

The upstairs lounge is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen television and DVD player. There is central heating and WiFi throughout the cottage..
