It is private, safe and surrounded by great activities to do on your own or as a group or family; there are some fantastic long and short walks, cycling routes, unpoluted by light if you have a clear night the skies can be perfect for stargazing, and you can even take up a bit of bird watching with Millhill Cottage being a popular hangout for various species, including a certain short-eared owl in particular also Oystercatchers make their home on the property.

An airsource heating system provides underfloor heating for the entire cottage.
