An Innis Self Catering Islay is a large well-appointed modern self catering bungalow situated in an elevated position a mile above the pretty conservation village of Port Charlotte. Blessed with uninterrupted panoramic views from the Paps of Jura to the Mull of OA this accommodation sleeps up to 8 adults.

An Innis Isay offers the following:
- 2 double bedrooms, one an en-suite with bath & shower.
- 1 twin bedroom.
- 1 single/twin bedroom[second bed pulls up to full height
- Kitchen/ dining area with separate seating area.
- Lounge with real fire & large flat screen TV with Freesat & DVD player & recorder.
- Large family bathroom with both bath & shower
Substantial kitchen dining area with a farmhouse table and a separate seating area next to the bay window, ideal for taking in the panoramic views. A flat screen TV with Freesat is also situated within this area. Patio doors lead from the kitchen/dining area to the enclosed front garden where there is an outside table & chairs.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave & fridge freezer. A separate utility room provides a washing machine & tumble drier, pulley & Belfast sink.
There is a washing line & rotary drier outside.
There is central heating. A travel cot & high chair are available on request. Linen & Towels are provided but please bring own Beach Towels

A deposit of £150 is payable at the time of booking via cheque or bank transfer to secure your reservation. The balance of payment is to be paid one calendar month prior to arrival date.
Telephone/ email bookings will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit and booking form to allow for travel arrangements to be confirmed. Upon receipt of the deposit the booking will be confirmed. In periods of high demand we may contact you sooner for confirmation.
Bookings within one calendar month of arrival are payable in full at time of booking. For more information please read our terms & conditions.
Terms & Conditions
Arrivals and Departures
An Innis self catering let iis from Saturday to Saturday. The house will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival and guests are politely requested to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure to allow adequate time to prepare for next guests.
The property should be left in the same condition as on arrival (i.e. clean and tidy). In the unlikely event that a property is left in an inappropriate manner, an additional cleaning surcharge may be incurred. All necessary cleaning products are supplied.
Any damage / breakages should be reported prior to departure in order that these can be rectified for incoming guests In certain circumstances damage and losses may be charged in full.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
We request that guests refrain from smoking on the premises.
In addition to cancellation and curtailment insurance, guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance to cover loss or damage to personal effects. Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at their owners’ risk. The proprietor shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or any injury to persons not caused through the fault of the proprietor.
To minimize the cost and inconvenience of cancelled bookings, guests are strongly recommended to take out holiday insurance.
If you require to cancel a reservation for any reason we must be notified by telephone or email immediately. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to re-let the property. If we are able to re-let the property, you will be reimbursed in full less the sum of £25 to cover administration costs.
If we are unable to re-let the property, cancellation costs shall be incurred as follows:
More than one calendar month before booking commences your deposit shall be forfeited
Less than one calendar month before booking commences you will be liable to pay the full cost of rental (i.e. deposit and full balance).
Adverse Travel Conditions
Where there are ferry / plane disruptions due to bad weather conditions or for any other reason, we cannot be held responsible for late or non- arrival at the properties and so no refunds can be provided.
