6 Pier Road Self Catering Islay is a beautiful and well equipped self catering holiday house and is situated in the heart of the picturesque conservation village of Port Charlotte on the Rhinns of Islay. Situated on the shores of Loch Indaal, there are wonderful seaviews to relax and unwind.

Port Charlotte has plenty to see and do including the Museum of Islay Life and the Islay National History Trust Information Centre and the newly opened Port Charlotte Whisky Distillery for buffs.

Rooms

The house features 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 master with ensuite facilities. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and drawer units, with bedding and towels being provided. There is full central heating throughout, and wifi is included.

The Kitchen

The modern kitchen offers hob/ oven and microwave, has a new fridge /freezer, kettle, toaster as well as a coffee maker. There are plenty of cooking utensils and tableware to enjoy family meals. The kitchen also boasts a dishwasher and washing machine.

Living Room

The warm and relaxing living room has a 40 inch TV with free sat. There is a bookcase with a variety of books for all ages as well as some fun family games and cards provided. There is wifi throughout the property.

Short breaks are available in Low Season for a minimum of 2 nights at a cost of £130 per night. However, please don’t hesitate to get in touch for special requests.

Booking Terms and Conditions

On your day or arrival please check in after 2pm. On your departure day please check out before 10am.

Unfortunately our property cannot accommodate wheelchair access and does not allow for smoking or pets.

A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking. The balance is due to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival will not be refunded unless we can re-let.

Please treat this house with respect and notify us of any breakages, we do understand accidents might happen. However, please note that we will look to recover payment for any significant damage.
